Federico CASALEGNO, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Director of the MIT Mobile Experience Laboratory and Associate Director of the MIT Design Laboratory.
Contactless technologies enable the exchange of data between devices and objects, and bring pervasive computing into a new level. Augmented ubiquitous communication improve everyday life by taking advantage of both digital information and situated interactions: from health to transportation, from professional life to leisure to a variety of different other areas, contactless technologies facilitate human communication and social interactions.
Short range wireless communication technologies make easier for people to access to the information and services that they need in timely manner, creating a new paradigm for human mediated interactions.
Arnaud MULLIEZ, Auchan France.
